I am a Herefordshire based contemporary jewellery designer maker. Making jewellery to commission and for exhibitions I work primarily with silver and semi precious gemstones.
My work is inspired by adventure. Growing up, I spent summers exploring the Welsh coastline and was fascinated by the natural forms and shapes that occur there, discovering patterns and textures in the landscape and found objects.
I still visit the coast as often as I can and spend hours walking the paths, collecting stones and taking pictures. The design, textures and mark making in my Jewellery are heavily influenced by these trips.
I have been designing and making since graduating from Hereford College of Arts with a First Class degree in 2014 I was awarded the Alloy Jewellers Graduate Placement and Bursary in 2014. I then become a member and shortly after I became vice chair, in 2018 I was elected Chair of Alloy jewellers.
